History

1985 Julink Investments Co., Ltd was founded in Hong Kong, focusing on business investment;

1993 Julink established its wholly owned company - Julink (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Parts of  its business areas were transferred to Shanghai. Main business areas included international trade, designing and manufacturing of metallurgy engineering facilities and local power stations;

1997 Julinks set foot in international freight transportation, building up its network in over 40 countries worldwide;

2001 Formally set up Linkstar Logistics (Shanghai) Co. Ltd., engaged in providing 3PL logistics services, including international transportation (airfreight/ ocean freight), custom business, domestic bonded and non-bonded warehouse、national distribution and integrated logistics solutions.

2003 Linkstar Import/Export Co. Ltd. Was established to provide a wide range of trading services

2005 Linkstar achieved Class A Qualification of Forwarding, and his operations network cover Yangzi Delta, and reach to Bohai gulf.

2005 Linkstar logistics obtained DNV ISO9001 Certificate.

2005 Linkstar Logistics obtained "AAA" Integrity, Safety, Speedy Logistics Company (China Logistics Council, 2005).

2005 Linkstar logistics obtained Top 3 Best 3PL in China, 2005 (China Supply Chain Council).

2006 A customs broker with more than ten employees was set up.

2006 Linkstar Logistics (Tianjin) Representative Office was founded in 2006.

2006 Linkstar established JINGMING and started development of logistics software in 2006.

2006 Linkstar adopted new VI system and refreshed company image in 2006.

2007 Linkstar started to run JINQIAO logistic center which covers 5000m² in 2007.

2007 Linkstar started partnership with Doosan Infracore for its domestic storage and transportation business in China in 2007.

2007 Linkstar logistics obtained Top 3 Best 3PL in China, 2007 (China Supply Chain Council).

2007 Linkstar formally become Momentive’s logistics supplierand provided freight forwarding, customs brokerage, storage, truck transportation and factory VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) service in 2007.

2008 Linkstar logistics obtained Top 3 Best 3PL in China, 2008 (China Supply Chain Council).

2009 Linkstar Logistics (Yangshan Deep water port) Representative Office was founded in 2010.

2009 Linkstar logistics obtained Top 3 Best 3PL in China, 2009 (China Supply Chain Council).

2010 Linkstar Logistics (Ningbo) Representative Office was founded in 2010.

2010 Linkstar expand business in cold chain logistics in China.

2010 Linkstar formally become Meadwestvaco’s logistics supplier and provided freight forwarding, customs brokerage, storage (WGQ bonded warehouse, Non-bonded warehouse and bonded logistics Park), truck transportation and factory VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) service in 2010.

2011 Linkstar started to run GAOQIAO logistic center which covers 7300m² in 2011.
